The FloAesthetics, PLC is committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. While we fully understand that situations arise when patients are unable to keep their appointment. However, when a patient cancels an appointment without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. We appreciate your courtesy. 

Please text us by 12:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. 

Refunds

Once services are rendered or products sold, there are no refunds. Aesthetic procedures come with no warranty (guaranteed or implied) of any certain result. Perceived lack of improvement in one’s condition does not translate into or equal any type of refund.

Any service deposits or cancellations are subject to each provider's policies. 

HIPPA

Under the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPPA) of 1996, patients and clients have certain rights to privacy in regards to their protected health information (PHI). FloAesthetics will go out of their way to maintain your privacy.

Privacy

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Consumer data will be used for appointments and personalized treatments. We collect your personal information to provide and improve our services. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers for operational purposes, but will not be sold to third parties. We do not transfer consumer data to external organizations without consent and we have implemented strict policies to prevent unauthorized sharing of user data.

You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply 'STOP' to any message you receive from us.
