The information on this website is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Aesthetic and medical treatments carry risks, and individual results vary — we make no warranty or guarantee of any particular result. A consultation is required to determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you, and all treatment decisions are made with your provider.
Appointments, cancellations & refunds
- A deposit or card on file may be required to reserve certain appointments.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, and any deposit may be forfeited.
- Payments for services and prepaid packages are generally non-refundable, but please talk to us — we want you to be happy with your care, and we’ll work with you in good faith.
- Products may be returned only if unopened and unused, subject to our in-store policy.
Exact deposit and cancellation amounts are confirmed at the time of booking.

Financing
Any financing is provided by independent third parties (such as Cherry or Klarna). Approval, terms, interest, and fees are determined solely by the financing provider — not by FloAesthetics — and are subject to their agreements.
HIPAA & your health information
Please do not submit protected health information through this website. Your clinical information is handled within our secure medical systems in accordance with HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the practice.

The content, branding, and images on this site are owned by FloAesthetics or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
