A med spa worth the drive from Mason City

Mason City is about a 12-minute drive east of our Clear Lake suite, a straight shot on US-18. For most of north Iowa's largest city, we're the closest boutique, nurse-practitioner-led med spa, with no trip down I-35 to a metro required.

From Mason City to Clear Lake

Meredith Willson's "River City" and home to MercyOne North Iowa, Mason City has the population for big clinics, but our patients drive the few minutes west for natural-result injecting and a calmer, boutique experience. Many pair a visit with lunch downtown or a stop at Southbridge Mall.

“Ladies are super sweet. I had an amazing first time facial by Sam. She left my face glowy and feeling plump and hydrated. Morgan gave me Botox that was basically pain-free and did a pre-consult assessing my face while listening to my concerns with my wrinkles. 10/10 highly recommended”
