Custom Facials & Peels
Custom facials and medical-grade peels designed by a licensed esthetician — skin care that actually moves your skin, coordinated with your injectable and laser plan.
What it is
Healthy skin is built, not bought in a single jar. Our licensed esthetician designs custom facials and medical-grade peels around your specific concerns, and offers microneedling to improve texture, tone, and the look of fine lines and acne scarring. Because we're a medical practice, these treatments can be planned alongside your injectables, laser, and medical-grade home care for a complete approach — and they're tailored to your skin type rather than pulled from a fixed spa menu. The goal is steady, visible improvement in your skin's health, not a one-time glow that fades by the weekend.
Is it right for you?
Custom Facials & Peels is often a good fit if you’re focused on:
- Uneven texture, dullness, or congestion
- The look of fine lines or acne scarring (microneedling)
- Building a real, consistent skin-care routine
- Maintenance and prevention between bigger treatments
Let's talk first if:
- You have active breakouts, infection, or irritation in the area — we may adjust or reschedule
- You're pregnant; some peel and treatment ingredients aren't appropriate, so tell us
- You're after a single dramatic result — skin health responds best to a planned series
The best way to know is a consultation, where we review your goals and health history and recommend an honest plan.
What to expect
Every skin visit starts with your esthetician actually looking at your skin. A typical session:
- 1
Skin assessment
Your esthetician evaluates your skin and concerns and recommends the right facial, peel, or microneedling approach — and a realistic plan.
- 2
The treatment
Your customized treatment is performed with medical-grade products. Microneedling and peels may include numbing for comfort where appropriate.
- 3
Comfort & downtime
Downtime depends on the treatment — a facial has essentially none, while a peel or microneedling may bring a few days of redness or flaking. We'll tell you exactly what to expect and how to care for your skin.
- 4
Your routine
We pair in-office work with medical-grade home care so your results actually hold and build between visits.
Realistic results
Skin treatments are about consistent, visible improvement in tone, texture, and clarity over a series — not an overnight transformation. Your esthetician will set honest expectations for your skin and recommend a realistic cadence. Individual results vary.

Custom Facials & Peels — common questions
What's the difference between a medical-grade facial and a regular facial?
A medical-grade facial is designed and performed by a licensed esthetician in a medical setting using clinical-strength products and protocols, and can be coordinated with treatments like microneedling, peels, laser, and your injectable plan. A spa facial is primarily relaxation. Both feel great — but medical-grade treatments are built to actually move your skin's health over a planned series.
Does microneedling hurt, and is there downtime?
Microneedling is generally well tolerated, and we can use a topical numbing product for comfort. Afterward, some redness and a warm, tight feeling for a day or two is normal — a bit like a mild sunburn — and your esthetician will give you simple aftercare and sun-protection guidance. Downtime is usually short. Individual results vary.
